Terms and Conditions
-All members are to wear suitable attire and footwear, bring a mat, dumbbell, and any other aids required by the member
-All members commit to attending the sessions to the end of the term or the remaining time left of the term as soon as the member commences training with CBFit LLC.
-All members commit to a membership package where the member agrees to continue with the agreed package until the term finish date.
Terms of Payment
-Payment is due monthly via CBFit’s LLC direct debit provider and the member has read and agrees with these terms
-Minimum term of the payments will be from the members commencement of the online training term to the term finish date and not shorter
-CBFit LLC may withhold or refuse delivery of its services to the member until such time that all payments are up to date.
-In the event of a failed Direct Debit payment, the member will incur a fee, which will be added to the next successful payment. This cost will vary depending on the charges imposed by the Direct Debit Company.
-After the term finish date, the membership remains an active CBFit LLC membership and the member will not need to join again, hence the payments with continue to be withdrawn once the new term commences.
-Once the member has commenced the training term, the member is not entitled to a refund for any session
-Any missed sessions not made up by the term finish date, will not be credited to the member and will be forfeited.
-No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
-A membership, once commenced, may not be cancelled before the term finish date and payments will continue until such time is completed.
-Should the member decide not to continue with the membership in the NEW term, they will need to inform CBFit LLC in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org week prior to the new term commencement date.
-A membership may be suspended due to medical reasons once a doctor’s certificate has been provided outlining the members condition.
-Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of financial investment at the rate of one session.
CBFit LLC may;
-Refuse member entry or continuation in a session if a CBFit LLC Representative has deemed that the member is medically or physically unfit to participate. However, CBFit LLC is not able to provide advice concerning the member’s medical fitness to undertake exercise or activity and that is the members responsibility to seek medical advice in this regard.
I understand that any photos or videos I post related to my training with CBFit may be shared. My trainer will not post any of the personal photos from the app without my consent. I agreed to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by CBFit LLC and understand that any such photo or video will remain the property of CBFit LLC for promotional purposes only.
